Getting the Perfect Beach Body Six Pack Abs
Erik Valdez meets up with Mike Chang in Santa Monica to learn how to get a chiseled six pack and avoid making huge mistakes in burning belly fat to get the defined six pack you want.

We're here at Santa Monica Beach today,
it's a gorgeous day, and I've got my man Mike Chang
here with me. How's it going?
Mike is the most-subscribed fitness trainer on YouTube.
Pretty popular guy, Mike.
A lot of guys are making some huge mistakes
when it comes to burning that fat and getting
the defined six-pack abs that everybody wants.
Today I'm going to show you some of the mistakes
that you're making, how to correct them in a awesome
fat-burning workout, and get some chiseled six-pack.
I'm excited, I need to get more chiseled myself,
so let's go get into it.
Let's do it.
You've scoured the city
for the hottest new fitness disciplines.
These are the workouts everyone's talking about.
We've got CrossFit, YTWL,
SURFSET, Cardio Mission, and Boot Camp.
It's your body, and this is Fighting Weight.
Alright man, so the first exercise we're gonna be doing
is 5 High Knees with the Burpee. So it goes like this.
One, two, three, four, five. Come down and Burpee. Jump up!
One, two, three, four, five. Just like that.
So the second exercise is an In-N-Out Push Up.
This is gonna be working your chest, shoulders, triceps.
So you start off with about a standard push-up,
come down, and then in. Out, and then in.
Then, we're gonna put in some cardio. Jumping Knee Tucks.
This is one of my favorites.
You stay like this. Jump, tuck in your knees.
Just like that.
Your hair looks magnificent when you jump, by the way.
We're gonna be doing some abs. Hands on your mat,
feet together, and just lift up like this.
This is really good for your lower abs.
Then the next exercise is for your legs,
because this is a total body fat-burning workout.
A Jump Plunge with the Squat.
So you'll lunge, lunge, squat.
Lunge, lunge, squat.
So then we don't get any chicken legs.
The last one, man, is called a Towel Roll.
You hold a small position, you can grab a towel,
you can grab a shirt, you can grab whatever you'd like,
hold it nice and tight and pull it towards your upper ab.
Working shoulders, triceps.
We've got back, we got abs, we got legs.
30 seconds each. No rest. Three rounds.
Alright, let's go!
One, two, three, four, five. Drop down, burpee. Up!
One, two, three, four, five. There you go!
And go! There you go!
I'm not as fast as you!
Alright. Moving on. Jumping Knee Tucks.
Jumping Knee Tucks. And go!
Alright. Tuck those knees!
Alright, now let's do some abs. Seated Leg Lifts.
Ready, and go.
There you go.
Alright. Jump Lunge with the Squat.
Lunge, lunge, squat. Lunge, lunge, squat.
Lunge, lunge, squat.
We don't have any towels.
You know what, let's use the shirts!
Come on! You're gonna make me do this
Gotta show off, huh? Let's do it!
Okay, ready? Pull it nice and tight, and go.
One, two, three.
That is harder than it looks. Appreciate it.
