You're having people over for a dinner party.
00:06
Your focus should be spending time with your guests,
00:08
not playing bartender.
00:10
We're gonna show you a great drink you can make
00:11
up to a day in advance.
00:13
Keep it in the fridge,
00:14
and it'll be a crowd pleaser for sure.
00:16
We'll start with one and a half ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin.
00:19
Add in three quarter ounce of the Martini Bitter,
00:22
three quarter ounce of a simple strawberry syrup.
00:25
We just took classic strawberry jam,
00:26
added a little hot water to thin it out,
00:28
and the sweetness from the strawberries
00:30
are gonna play perfectly with the botanicals in the gin.
00:32
Add ice, give it just a quick stir,
00:35
strain it over fresh ice,
00:37
and some club soda for ether of essence.
00:39
Garnish with a strawberry and some fresh herbs.
00:42
I like thyme, it compliments the gin perfectly.
00:45
And you have a wonderful,
00:46
gorgeous, festive drink.
